All shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and size. You will be given options of Royal Mail First Class, Second Class or Next Day Delivery.

First Class: Prices from £1.85, delivery 2 – 3 days.
Second Class: Prices from £1.70, delivery 3 – 5 days.
Tracked: Prices from £7.00, delivery 1 – 2 days.

International Shipping: We are experiencing delays due to Covid and Brexit restrictions so all orders internationally are currently suspended.

How long will my order take?

Due to current Covid issues, we highly recommend using our tracked service for anything time sensitive. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of being received. We dispatch orders on weekdays only.

If you suspect a lost delivery please email lisa@woldsandwonder.co.uk quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away. It is only possible for us to track courier deliveries.

Please note personalised orders will longer to be shipped. Please see item descriptions for timescales.

Delivered when I wasn’t home? 

Most of our orders will fit through your letterbox. If you are out and your order is bigger than your post box Royal Mail or the courier will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you.  To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address or select our courier tracked service.

International delivery? 

Our standard international shipping service uses Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage, Please note this is not a trackable service.

Standard deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

Our tracked service uses one of our trusted courier companies dependent on the country. Please refer to the shipping times for your region above. It is fully trackable service that should take up to 8 days depending on where you are – please look at our delivery info above.
